iOS has very limited set of background services including audio services and background fetch which is not even 5% of Android's background execution capabilities. Well, with these they should've lasted even better.

Isn't like all of it just change of fab? From Samsung to TSMC did the biggest thing for an already great SoC. Like Samsung's fab nodes have been notorious for being worse.. they shrunk a lot and have good prices per wafer but their node isn't as good as TSMC.
