Is there a common app for S23U for taking video in order to take advantage of its 100MB sensor.
Is this video shot by the default Samsung app?
I am primary using S23U to take screen shots/videos (from computer terminals) in trade exhibitions – and often times in less than ideal lighting conditions – and with no tripod for stabilization, just using my bare hands for support.
Any suggestions what is the best app for this utilization of S23U?

Since the lastest update high 200m, 50m pixel mode has got much faster!!

Front facing camera test at the start (1:33) looked a bit stuttery. I noticed that right away.
I love the the Note series phones, but from the first one through the Note 20 Ultra the cameras has been awful. I really doubt if Samsung is capable of making a truly great camera. I'm really struggling with getting an iPhone (first one ever), just for the camera. It's just hard to imagine using an iPhone as a daily driver. I'm all about those Android features, and Samsung is the best that Android has to offer. Except the trash cameras.

Great! Loving my new S23Ultra. My previous phone is an S10+ so this is a big upgrade. I only wish your descriptions included how to use the phone for a new user. Also, now I need to get Airbuds since the S23 doesn't have a headphone plug in. Do you have recommendations for them?
