bro how is this the usual way of using phones? most use phones for multiple things. did not like this test

Steven Hocking

The s22 and s21 are well known for not performing well under tough circumstances of use. If you did all of them half brightness and playing youtube videos the s22 might have beaten the s23 in battery life

Afsal C

Put all phones refresh rate 60hz and test again.

Trampolin

S23 has 120Hz refresh rate and 1750nit peak brightness while IPhone only on 60Hz and 1200nit😂

Chris Sheridan

So, WHY is this test contrary to so many other comparison tests??

Praseeda Elangovan

I have an S22 that I use extensively and it has neither heated up nor died after 3 or 4 hours of video or audio.

Vlad Mihai

so samsung has kinda sorted the battery, but not quite there with apple yet.
would be interesting to test s23 at 60hz vs iphone 14.

roldan buenaflor

th mates.. i decided to go on pixel 6a my next update phone

Uzair Zafar

Temple run 2 was probably using 120hz on s23/s22 and 90 on Pixel 7 against 60hz on iphome and Pixel 6a!

Exy

This test is so busted. Your S22 has an issue, that's obvious. You shouldn't be staring at the home screen and playing temple run then calling that a test. You wanna do something else every hour minimum, but your test just became a whoever optimized the OS better for staring at your homescreen. Maximum brightness across all phone also is unfair, as some phones can hit WAY more peak brightness than others and you didn't average all of them out to the same nits.

Breno BP

Running on light mode or standard/performance on S23?

jonah

Got a wonder if this is all about 60 Hz on iPhone 14 and the pixel 6a they both have 60 Hz screens and the others have 120 Hz screens

Le Petit Bug

It's a GPU test with different screen definition and different max brightness. Can you do an idle test and a CPU test ? Thanks

bonneter

so if Im going to use my phone as a lamp, I should buy iphone 14 or pixel 6. thank you

MoZadaCraftOld

Wtf the S22 is weak! Maybe in the video playback the display was on 120hz permanently

SAURAV PAL

I own iPhone 14 but really impressed with Samsung new device

mario janaf

earthquakeeeee!
lol

Amine Rh

this battery test is to redo, cmon bro u can do better than this

Bo Mamba

It’s literally a battery test. You Samsung fanboys are just butthurt that Apple and Google are kicking your asses

Charitha Nawarathna

What a dumb test

TMT Molokwane

this is what is been waiting for…normal versions of the phone that most people buy…..just wish the Xiaomi 13 was here too
