The screen is terrible and when playing games this is so laggy
I have had mine for about 3 months , but I thought I could use it as a back up phone but the trayhas a place for the memory card , but where the sim card would go it is blocked , can you get another trat maybe ?would like to be able to insert the sim card , great video though thanx much

Does this have spen support?
I just bought this A7 lite about 3 hrs. ago and it's almost done charging had 60 percent when I unboxed it. The charging block says 5 w output, that's why it's charging slowly I guess.. I'll let you know how it worked out in a week or so I'm using it for movies and videos mainly so everything you covered was exactly what I wanted to hear and your correct about the size it's perfect. I've owned this tablet (64gb storage with 4gb RAM Wifi version) for over a year now so here's what I think:
The Good:
It's great for reading ebook & manga due to its compact form factor.
It has 4 speakers with Dolby Atmos & it can get loud.
Tablet usage is subjective for everybody. For me, it has decent battery life despite having just 5,100mah battery. Low Res screen & slow but power efficient processor helps.
I'm surprised that the tablet received a major android 12 update & some security updates along the way. For a budget tablet, I would think that Samsung would just sell the tablet with one or two security updates & tell us to bugger off. I'm glad that the tablet receive some love.
The Bad:
Having a low Res screen isn't an issue for this budget tablet but in general, the screen is not good. It has a noticeable green tint like most cheap displays regardless of how you adjust your screen profile.
Touch screen input latency is pretty bad. I've used a phone with the same processor that has better touch latency than this tablet. If you're thinking of playing competitive games like PUBG on this tablet a lot, don't get this tablet or just use a bluetooth controller instead. Not that you want to play competitive games with a slow processor. For general media consumption, it's fine.
It only comes with Widevine L3. I watch Youtube a lot on this tablet & so far my viewing experience is pleasant. But not Netflix as it's limited to SD quality. I would be contented if I was able to watch it in 720p HD just like Youtube but 480p SD is just bad. I know Netflix is going to ditch 480p SD & replace it with 720p HD as their lowest quality option soon, so I hope it'll help later on.
