Samsung Gear S3 – Sleep Monitoring
Last night I wore the Samsung Gear S3 to bed in order to test out the sleep monitoring capabilities. I was rudely awoken by the watch at 02:43 AM telling me how well my sleep was going! Thanks! Not what you need or want. Needless to say I removed the watch and switched it off. This morning I found the ‘Do not disturb’ option… I’ll try again tonight – hopefully getting an undisturbed sleep 🙂

Where do I access the information on my smart phone? It doesn't seem to be linked to my Samsung Health app on my smartphone.
Hello Nigel, Wow your sleep pattern is really impressive! especially the deep sleep chunks! (in 4 hours only). I got the Gear S4 a week ago and my deep sleep fluctuates between (5 min to 25 min max ) in a whole 8 hours of sleep which is really bad and deprives me form recovering well during sleep (usually i have a steady sleep pattern from 11 pm to 7:30 am).
hope i can hear from you in case you have any advice or know someone with similar experience with deep sleep deprivation.

I can't find where you view your sleep history looked in samsung health but only see where i can put in my sleep time manualy

How does this sleep tracker actually work…does it automaticly know that you are sleeping or does it have to be switched on to sleep tracker?
And if it does that automaticly how do you prevent it tracking when u take a 10min nap that u do not want to be tracked?
