I do wish it were cheaper say… $1299.99 for the 240hz version. We shall see… What do you guys think? is the price Good or Not justified…

stu swann

Great vid, would this monitor be suitable for PS5? Or is more for PC gaming?

Pawel

Would love the 165hz version if it'll be any good. Perfect for a work/gaming all-rounder

Peter2353654645

i would pay 1500€ if it was flat

GitDatPC

No motion blur reduction, no sale 🤑

SpartanL

why dont they make it 27"? 32 is kinda big.

owlmostdead

Why did they have to give it a curve.. 16:9 displays look ass with a curve.

drewbyty

Still not in stock

Hi Viktorss,
Please do you know when this new monitor should go on sale for the European market? There is no information anywhere…. 😞😞

LALIC DALIBOR

Hello mate ! Did the g8 neo is VA qled monitor ?

pmanuk

Just cancelled my Alienware AW3423DW due to them changing the delivery date from mid April to end of July (and ordered one of these G8s instead). I want a 4K high refresh rate with HDMI 2.1 as well has DP for my PC. I don't think my 12700K and Strix RTX3090 will test it currently but that's the point. I'm buying for the next gen GPUs not current ones. I also think the Alienware would soon start to max out (although look very pretty doing so). My ideal Monitor would be a next gen OLED 4K panel with DP 2.0 and 240hz refresh and get the best of both worlds!

TTG2025

165hz is more than enough and it's £200 cheaper here in the UK!

Overclockers and Samsung still technically have no release date or release window. Feel like this will be a long wait!

Andre

Color dcip3?

Joe Kiat

I had the G9, g7 32” and made the switch over to lg c1 55” tv. Can never go back after Oled.

If a 4k 55 inch Is 400.00 or less a monitor should be less than that , wake up people aka whales or wait them out prices will come down faster…..

CosmicApe

Systems can't even hit 144hz in 4K, why would you buy a 240hz 4K panel right now, especially at that asking price?!

Thomas K

Woah thats way more expensive than I thought and it should for a single 16:9 monitor. Given that mini Led is outclassed by oled in some aspects I dont see why I should pick it over the alienware qdoled. I know they arent comparable but just from a value perspective for a new 2022 monitor. I thinl both are expensive af but I think none of both have an argument to be more expensive than the other (except greed of course)

SonicMasterLB

If this thiing comes out with 27-inch 165Hz variant, I'm gonna lose my shiet! Don't have a place on my desk for 32-inch monitor, and it's too big for me, to be honest. I have 24-inch monitor right now, and 27-inch would be perfect. 165Hz would be good enough, knowing how I managed to survive on my 60Hz monitor up until now 🙂 And most of the time, my gpu would struggle to keep spable 50fps ffs… I saved up money through these last 3 years, only to spend them on top spec PC and high-end monitor. Hoping this monitor would not be too expensive in my country, knowing how the g7 27-inch here is around $850-$900… I'm willing to spend at least $1200 for this monitor, if it comes in 27-inch and 165Hz. So that hope that it should be priced around $1000 in USA, and that would translate to around $1200 in my country.

One question though: Is it wise to spend around 30-35% of my PC budget just for the monitor? xD

ATLatimer

personally I can`t believe its only $1500 I hope its true and does not end us costing even more

Cosmin

1499$ is what the 49" Odyssey Neo G9 goes for right now, that's ridiculous. And don't forget how extremely flawed the Neo G9 is, which is also listed for HDR2000 but it's nowhere near that value.

Michael Wyckoff

hey buddy is this a good monitor or is the Alienware QD OLED monitor better?

DrR1pper

I can never look at an LCD again. QD-OLED only from here on out.

mrsudz

Samsung needs to sort out their quality control issues with this new release. AKA Flickering with VRR and dead pixels. Should these things be worked out, they may have a sale. ALSO Samsung has the worst warranty in the new monitor business.

Amleto D'Assisi

Hi Viktors…I'm uncertain to the G7 32" or G70A 28". I use the monitor for PS5 and PC (with 3070 TI Nvidia card) and now I have and old LG 4K 60hz IPS. What do you recommend? I'm afraid of the poor brightness of the G70A but the G70A have a HDMI 2.1…

Nice 😱😱😱

kiosh

i dont know what to do: qn90b or g8???

natnut2008

A few thoughts : 240hz version is overkill as no existing graphics card can drive 4k at that refresh rate. 165hz version may well be the value option. 2nd : Samsung QC and aftermarket support sucks. I would wait and get the Dell version of the same panel if the prices are similar between the Dell and Samsung versions.

MacikSeba

There's a new Software Update for Gigabyte M28U. VF8. Not sure what it does, I didn't download it. Could you make an update video about this please? Maybe they added something useful. Unless it's just bug fixes. (On website it doesn't say what it adds as far as I'm aware)

Lex Lutha111384

Why is this panel $1500 cheaper than the PG32UQX? What’s the catch? Something is off

kev99gh

I cant buy this knowing qd oled is next gen

Oshadorin

VA, mini-LED… When they release a QD-OLED 4K 32 inch 240Hz version of this with Displayport 2.0, call me. Then it'll be well worth this amount of money

dolabla

43" is being released next week! Amazon page now says: Usually ships within 8 to 13 days.

DoctrTidey131

It’s a VA. Viewing angles are awful 👎🏻 thumbs down
