Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses House Resolution 95, sponsored by Rep. Jeff Duncan, R. South Carolina. If enacted into law, HR 95 would remove suppressors/silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act of 1934. Suppressors were added to the NFA in 1986. Under current law, a person who wishes to acquire and possess a silencer, must jump through several ATF channels and pay a $200 tax stamp for each NFA item. This bill would remove these items from these requirements and FFLs would treat them much the same way as they do with any other firearm you complete a Form 4473 for. What exactly does this bill do, how does it do it and what are the chances it becomes law? Learn more and arm yourself with education today.

A supressor isnt a firearm. you should be able to buy it with nothing but some cash.
Better outlaw oil filters.
I'm an Idahoan. Imma do what I want when I want with what I want.
"you now to pay a $200 tax stamp 50 hours of training to get a license and a one year waiting period in order to speak." – Democrats 2030
Liked and subscribed, great video. Thank you!
Hearing Protection Act is the PERFECT name for this bill.
Defund the NFA. Dissolve this agency.
gaeng gaeng
The idiots that put restrictions on supressors, CLEARLY watch too many movies, and have never heard an actual firearm with one on fire…
Civil war thats whats coming .
If this bill goes through and they become accessible what does that do for somebody who has filed all the paperwork for one and is currently waiting.
I think my Rep. Bob Good has been pushing for this Hearing Protection Act since he was elected a few years ago..Thank you Bob !
Who doesnt shoot alot , doesnt understand how much this will save your hearing!!!
Silencers , just like pinning the stock in NJ IS RIDICULOUS!! So having 3 kids , which everyone might have an different arm length to comfortably handle rifle. I would have to buy 5 AR RIFLES , instead of 1 , that could be adjusted to fit everyone shooting the rifle .
Would love them to come try n take mine. I havent had any moving targets to shoot at in awhile.
A bill to remove suppressors while there a bill to remove all firearms from us🤔 lol
This would be a nice win.
I don’t see the atf destroying records of suppressors. They have illegal records of firearm owners now.
Suppressors are hearing protection ! you don't have to pay $200 tax on earmufs or ear plugs.
It's still unconstitutional
The first time I heard this bill referenced, it was called the S.H.U.S.H. (Silencers Help Us Save Hearing) Act.
