What about battlefront 2?
One of the things I love about Absolver is that, due to you being able to customize your moveset, you always have to learn your opponent in order to get the advantage. It's literally "downloading their moveset – the game".

Mmmm…at Dark Soul's place id put Bloodborne 100%.
Its the most balanced PVP among Soulsbornes and an overall Top 3.
Mainly because every weapon has a different moveset and fighting style. Like there arent tiers or nothing like that, every weapon is viable if you know how to use it.
If you like Star Wars you should check out Movie Battles II. I love dueling games and the combat in Movie Battles is some of the best I've encountered. You should really check it out
Gunz the duel international is still live. . . . I just want modern graphics and magic not guns. But I do miss gunz the duel kstyle aint a bug but a lifestyle

I am really into these kinds of games and Blad Symphony is definitely a favourite of mine in this top 10.
I cannot agree with putting For Honor to the first place tho,, when the same list contains Mordhau, which is almost the same kind of game, but better optimized and much more sensible contorls

still has a very low populated active community but you can't find more dynamic duels in any other game.

I wish there was a game with zelda-like lock-on mechanics and some super smash bros type paced combat, so it really felt like a scenic fight
battlefront 2 heroes vs villains is also a fairly entertaining
if only they put more effort into Dragon Nests pvp, it wouldve been God Tier.
