We had 2 of them 3388 bought brand new all junk both tractors diff went out along with many other problems all w low hours.
We run a 4630 and 4430 both pull ez trail 500 and 510 we cut wheat corn and beans

I remember when they first came out and thought they looked odd, but now they look pretty cool. Doesn't seem like it should handle a grain cart that is larger than the tractor.
It would have been interesting to see that green card unload cuz it doesn't look like it has conventional auger

Hell of a kart tractor
We own 2 3388's and they make awesome grain cart tractors. They are well balanced, powerful and nimble. We only have a 425 bushel Kilbros cart so they handle things easily. It is to bad Case IH didn't recognize the true potential of these tractors. They were definitely ahead of their time.

That is a nice looking 2+2! I have become quite a big fan of them over the last decade or two. The Firestone tires with the solid white lettering is something we just don't see anymore either.
The first time you got in the cab to drive it, turned the steering wheel and felt the front end move was the oddest sensation. But we couldn't sell them in our area. It was tough times anyway and nobody could resist trying to treat it like a big articulated 4WD. Probably 10 years ahead of their time.

These old tractors are going to become more sought after. Because they don't have all the new electronics on them. The farmer can actually fix them.
