What have we learned:

to accept service on her behalf of the First Amended Complaint by way of a Notice of Acknowledgement and Receipt.

If Amber Heard ain't broke before, she will be with all this legal fees as not even the insurance company will cover her ass this time. If I remember correctly, Heard violated/invalidated her contract with them by lying during the trial.

Out of topic question: since Heard and company alleged that she can't pay for anything due to lack of funds – yet still shows that she has the dough to front her lifestyle – shouldn't the IRS be checking up on her accounts with a microscope in case she's fudging her actual numbers? Ever since she brought up the stinking donations and made them relevant, everybody and their grandma has been asking ONE thing: "Where's the money?"
Ben Rottenborn was provided by Travelers. The issue at hand is Heard’s appointment of independent counsel, Elaine and Adam Nadelholft, and the exclusion of counsel provided by ProSight. I really don’t believe that Travelers have a case. And Heard breached the terms and conditions of her policy by a) appointing Elaine and b) the court finding her guilty of intentional malice. I think it’s pretty clear here that ProSight owe nobody anything.
So as AH has been found guilty with malaise, and neither insurer has to pay, why are they going through all this with each other?
If it involved anybody else, I would support consolidating the cases but since AH is involved, I say HELL NO. Given her penchant for buying off judges (like injustice Nichols) I absolutely oppose consolidation. I don't care how cost-effective or clear it is to hold one trial, that crazy bi** needs two separate judges in case one is bought off.. Plus two adverse verdicts are harder to dismiss by the media propaganda machine that supports her.

NY Marine was working with them but they said we’re not paying their exuberant prices!
AH and her counsel deliberately obstructed the appointed counsel by her insurance company so Elaine has some major professional liability as to why she refused to work with appointed co-counsel!
