France has been trying to block medicines and food going from UK to Northern Ireland. It's threatening to cut off electricity to the UK, because 2% of french fishermen can't prove that they are legally entitled to fish in the UK, so UK denied them access to fish in UK waters. All they have to do is prove that they have been legally fishing in the UK before, that's literally all they have to do. This is the requirement that the UK agreed with EU, that's specified in the WA.
France gave a UK fisherman rights to fish in French waters, then removed the right suddenly, without any warning or justification whatsoever and impounded the UK fishing vessel.
France has been threatening to shut off electricity.
France has been fishing illegally in UK waters.
France has been trying to block ports and block trade between the UK and EU, and also trying to block trade with other UK territories.
Macron doesn't understand that Northern Ireland is part of the country of the UK.
