ABOUT THIS MISSION
After successfully removing the river chain that was blocking your passage in The Swan Road Home, you’ll once again need to board you longboat and head inland. Although you’re ostensibly in search of Halfdan Jarl’s settlement, what you end up coming across is slightly different to what you might expect. As soon as you land at what’s supposedly a Ragnarsson encampment filled with Danes that should be delighted by your arrival, you’ll notice that something is quite clearly amiss.

When you reach the shore, jump off your longboat and inspect the village in front of you. A cut scene will play in which you discover that the people here aren’t Danes at all — they’re English bandits who don’t take kindly to outsiders, and will threaten you and your crew pretty much as soon as you step foot in the village.
