Why I Love AIA Private Health Insurance (Honest Review)

Here’s why I love AIA Private health insurance, you are incentivized to be healthy and they actually give you money back if you achieve health targets and its realistic to hit too, even for an out of shape lazy person like myself.
Those incentives also build healthy habits and its helped me lose a fair bit of weight. So far 13kilos or 28 pounds in 4 months.
Look AIA might not suit you, I am not affiliated with them so I don’t care if you move to them or not but if you take anything from this video, if you do have private health insurance check your policy regularly and understand what you are covered for which is a lesson I learnt the hard way.
