This guy doesn’t know how life insurance works…it can be paid up in that 20 years but if he takes the cash surrender value out of it then the policy is gone. The way he’s describing is just making payments for 20 years and getting your money back with nothing to show for it & earning zero interest.
Additionally, not every policy can return all of your premium to you. You’d have to be sure the policy has a Return of Premium Rider & that makes the premium higher.
Indexed universal life is the best product for investment/life insurance.
