11-Year-Old Arrives at Basketball Game on Fire Truck
Eleven-year-old Abby Walters was headed to her championship basketball game when her family’s truck was hit during a car accident. When California firefighters arrived at the scene, they saw Walters was in her basketball uniform. The firefighters came up with an emergency plan and took Walters in the back of the fire truck to get to her big game. Not only did she make it there on time, but her team also won.
