AFFILIATE LINK DISCLOSURE: Friends, making a quality Loloho video is kind of like making sausage – only slightly more violent. It’s a ridiculous amount of work that typically involves high dollar camera drops, blue-screen-of-death computer crashes, and at least one angry shotgun wielding old man shouting, “Hey! Get the hell outta here!” Once the final video is posted, rewards here on YouTube are few and far between (unless you are a masochist who enjoys being verbally abused by anonymous trolls). One saving grace is our affiliate links. JUST CLICKING THESE LINKS HELPS TO SUPPORT OUR LITTLE SHOW. Think of this clicking as like tipping – except that it doesn’t cost you anything extra! If you eventually make a purchase via one of our affiliate links, we will receive a few pennies (and Sean typically invests these pennies in duct tape and video gear). Again, it doesn’t cost you anything to click these links, and it’s a great help to us. As always, safe travels, happy camping, and THANK YOU!

So… ficm. Lol

Thank you for sharing your mods Sean and Christy. They are all sensible, especially given your setup.

We tow a 2014 Open Range Light 318RLS Fiver (affectionately called the Beluga), which was designed to be pulled by late model "half-ton" short bed trucks. Although we are close to our payload and towing limits this unit tows very well, especially with our TV upgrades. Ol' Blue is our 2014 Crew Cab 2wd Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3L. I really like(d) my truck and didn't necessarily want to buy a 2500/3500 at the time, so she got some upgrades. These include new towing mirrors, a Pro-charger supercharger, Power Stop Z36 towing brakes, a Motofab 2-inch leveling kit, an Air Lift air bag system (w/ onboard compressor and wireless control), Bilstein HD struts/shocks, and Cooper AT3 10-ply E-rated tires. I also upgraded the upper and lower A-arms to the heaviest duty version available (w/ greaseable fittings) just because one of the ball joints was starting to have a little movement. The rig tows surprisingly well, even in steep grades. More importantly, the braking works great. Chevy did a nice job with regard to engine braking on this particular unit. The truck's upgraded brakes/ engine braking coupled with the Beluga's tandem brakes make me feel very confident while towing.

Ol' Blue came with TPMS, but we added it to the Beluga as well. This saved us during a blow out by allowing for a quicker response time and egress to the shoulder. The damage to the rig was significantly lessened due to this upgrade. We also have a soft tri-fold bed cover as we have a fifth wheel setup, but I would prefer to have a roll up unit like yours. Again, I like your upgrades, and as long as you maintain Seemore it should be able to run for quite a while. Love your channel and content.

Alan does stuff.

Weird, I never have any issues with Bluetooth. I did with Apple products, but my Samsung's have been solid.

. I've been watching y'alls vids for a while, and this one pushed me over the edge to sub. Please list the blinker fluid on your Amazon store. Great editing, must have been fun. Motor head since mid century , thanks for the humor.

Top Rad

LOL…Blinker Fluid! Reminds me of pneumatic fluid and prop wash we used in the military! 🤣😉

Justin Graves

Just sold our Starcraft AR-One. Ready for something bigger gonna start saving and hope to be back on the road next year or after. Gonna be enjoying your videos during that time. Safe Travels!!

Donna Windham

Is Seemore 2WD or 4WD?

Jesse James

LOL Vynil lp player ,well at least it wasent an 8 track

Oscar Gonzalez

Oh, I’ve been pronouncing it wrong this entire time….

2011 F250 6.7 powerstroke pulling 30foot artic fox 27-5. added a 60gallon aux fuel tank with drip system plumbed into factory tank. it was a game changer not havimg to fine fuel every 200miles.

Linda Barkume

The emblem on the grille is called a badge. My hubby worked for the company that made them. Made in Michigan.

Stratertele

First and foremost thank you for all the great videos. One comment, the Edge Insight other monitors are a no brainer over the monitor in this video which is truly of little worth in comparison. The Edge allows "constant" visual observation of many critical and non-critical functions "at a glance:" EGT, EOT, TFT, Boost…I believe 9 elements in constant view.

Solomon Smith

I thought of y'all this morning. Did you see the f250 dangling off the bridge in southern Idaho? The only thing keeping the truck from dropping 10 stories was the safety chains on there travel trailer!

Michael Wallace

I have made almost all my upgrades based upon LongLongHoneymoon suggestions.

DiSalvo Family

Should we all put our Loloho stickers directly behind a huge storage container so you cant see it ? hahaha . Love the videos though you guys are too funny.

Soladaddy

There's a song about the 6.0 going to blow. I went with the 2008+ mirrors and yes, it is a huge improvement.

Duckwacker

With all the money you dumped in this Ford. You could have bought a got a 3rd Gen Dodge Ram and bullet-proofed the transmission and still had money in your pocket.

Gene V

Good tips..love the honest touch.

On The Mewve

Great video guys! Our best mod on the truck was adding an onboard air compressor and air tank. No more searching for an air compressor that can pump up G rated tires! Plus we’ve been able to use it to help others. ~Wilson & Kelli

Darrell Hannah

Could you please go over the blinker fluid part again? I blinked while it was playing.

I bought a F-150 4X4 Lariat diesel in 2018; it was a big upgrade over the 2003 Dodge ram 1500 whose entire interior was made from very cheap plastic. It couldn't tow itself. The F-150 powerstroke on the other hand, is rated to pull over 10K in it's present configuration. I pulled a 21' Sovereign when I replaced the truck; then upgraded to a 2016 28' Flying Cloud. Bringing the new trailor home I noticed it porpoised a bit in the back of the truck. I added Roadmaster active suspension; problem eliminated. Whith upgraded/proper weight distribution barson the hitch (previous owner screw up), the rig tows like there is only one vehicle. I have an unresolved issue: when I was hanging out above 10,000 feet in CO for a month, the truck coughed up turbocharger engine codes. There was no problem with the hardware. It happened twice, 'first time towing, 'econd time not towing. I am considering a cold air intake and engine tune (5-Star).

I just love it!! Entertaining and super down to earth!

We pull our 25' Airstream with a 2009 F250 King Ranch with the 6.4L Powerstroke. My best upgrade and modification was doing a complete EGR delete kit and Mini-Max power tuner. "Our Guy" loaded all the Ford deleted power tunes and retuned the transmission shift points so it now shifts buttery smooth in each power setting. Thankfully our 09 did not come with DEF either or that would be deleted too. With the EGR gone and the mini-max tuner we are seeing 15.3 MPG towing in flat country and over rolling hills to mountainous regions 14.3-14.1 MPG towing. Unhooked my fuel mileage is 18.5 – 20 MPG as long as I drive conservatively and take my foot out of it. Next we may decide to bullet proof it as well……not sure since it is still very low mileage for an 09. Since new I've only put 75k on it. Great vid, BTW we love using the 20/20 full synthetic blend Blinker Fluid by Willy's.

Larry Walden

Blinker fluid? Now I've heard it all lol

Timaz

We called them intertrashnal

Clyde Williams

Another great video, keep them coming.

Hovermaster 4000

Have been looking to upgrade the radio system with the touch screen system in my Exxursion. You mentioned Pioneer so I’m going to look for something from them.

don r sanders

I don't see the back up camera listed. Did I over look it? Don

David King

My 2005 Ram 2500 diesel is the year before Dodge started requiring blinker fluid. I think I’ll keep her and avoid that extra maintenance expense. 😂

dumolebob

Suggestion – buy a new truck as soon as the current leaves warranty. Save yourself 4 trillion dollars😂

John Clark

I was always told the best mod for my vehicles involved the radiator cap. They told me to lift the radiator cap and put a new truck under it.

ChrisNVegas

I have a similar truck. YOU NEED THIS!
B&D Tap Shifter.
It's an add on that lets you choose exactly what gear you want. You want to drop down 1 Gear, tap the down button. Yes, that means you can drop from 5th gear to 4th gear. How many times have you wanted to take it out of overdrive? Now you can. It includes an exhaust brake too. I had mine done at a Bulletproof Diesel authorized shop in Las Vegas. (AJ's)

Michael Doherty

Buy a Ram Cummins 3500 . You'll get all this and more plus its beautiful and soooo comfortable. You won't look back with anything but regret that you waited so long……..Ceramic will never make that Ford look better. Its just impossible! Its a stogy old thing. It was born that way and will be forever.

David Newbold

I added a tailgate assist gas strut by DEE ZEE that allows the tailgate to be opened and dropped softly. It will no longer slam open if I let go of it when opening it. Cheap easy upgrade.

Jagdeep Sandhu

I started watching LoloHo during the covid lockdown. Now I feel like an Airstreamer. Hold my beer while I drop 135G on a 30 ft Airstream. Sean makes everything look so easy. Towing is hard my friends. It ain't a walk in the park.

Cynthia Heslin

I really want to upgrade my blinker fluid, but don't want to break the bank. Any suggestions? 😜

Bill Hart

Most of your upgrades are available as standard equipment on new trucks.

David M

A winch has saved us a couple times. Not used very often but got us out of a sticky situation.

Mark Jones

The international motor was not the problem. The Ford engineers who added the emission controls created the problematic EGR cooler created the snafus. I don’t advocate removing them but replacing it with a bulletproof diesel unit worked for me. We have too much money in ours to sell, our next one will be a Cummins. We also use Dashboss instead of the scan gauge using an old iPhone. Adding a EGT monitor and a fuel pressure monitor.

Michael Charles

So, you’ve added options to Your 2007 truck, that are pretty much standard now on most trucks for at least the last 5 years (except your premium trash bag.). I applaud you for making your truck last instead of succumbing to the urge to trade up.

Potential Adventure

Where did you get that label? I have someone I need to use that on…
