580 confirmed tank kills. Maybe as high as 800 in reality. Putin…the writing is on the wall…
Javelin is much better
So are tanks obsolete now?
Your video has been proven 100% true and insightful…WELL DONE

Yeah, putin did not watch this video. Seriously, What are the army commanders in russia thinking? America and EU poure 1 billion dollar worth of defense weapons and russians should have seen this. They rolled in with tanks like idiots facepalm
Real battle, NLAW hitting the roof of the T-72 tower https://youtu.be/VPI4AV5rDxg
I think a lot of us have heard of it now!
Russian military: "What's an NLAW?"
Ukraine: "Ask your tank commanders. If there are any left."
Every soldier's dream!
Swedes can make russians cant make 😂
The troops need no tank anymore with that mobile power weapon!
20000$ each is a fair price if you hit the target!
Russian tank at 1:49
🤣😂🤣
SAAB didn't invent this missile. It was invented and developed by Lockheed, the US company that makes the Javelin. In the late 1980's Lockheed and the Israeli defense ministries developed the SRAW FGM-172. Israel wanted a cheaper disposable version of the expensive Javelin, for shorter range. They incorporated the same fire and forget guidance system as the Javelin, but changed it up a bit, and had the missile fly over the top of the tank and explode vs actually crash into the tank like the Javelin does. The missile has 2 lasers and a magnetic sensor that causes it to explode over the top of the tank. Decades later the British army started buying the Taiwanese made copy of the SRAW FGM-172, named the kestrel. They decided to make the kestrel their Next Generation Light anti tank Weapon (NLAW) and manufacture them. They chose SAAB in Sweden to help them set up manufacturing. SAAB & the British gov. pay Lockheed for the patent rights and permission to make the missile. The missile is just a poor mans Javelin for close range fighting. It doesn't have night vision, because when it was designed for the Israelis in the 80's, they didn't wanna pay extra for that feature.
Simple and effective.
I read the news today and there are reports that some of the Swedish SAAB manufactured NLAW that UK sent to Ukraine have now been captured by the Russians. Compared to the "fire and throw away" AT-4 the NLAW and Javelin systems are best used on Main Battle Tanks. AT-4 is easier/faster to learn but probably better to use against less armoured vehicles. Sweden sent 5000 AT-4 to Ukraine but we have not sent any NLAW (Robot 57) yet. I didn´t even know that we had that many AT-4 in storage. I wonder how many NLAW Sweden has.
Very informative……I wanted to know how it 'airburst' a tank……now I know…….
Dreadful sound. Don't you check it before publishing? The ads are full volume, your vid V/O is a whisper.

shhhhhhhoooshhh….this video is soooooooo quiiiiiieeetttttt….
and remember folks soon enough they will need to be able to fire from inside a room, something that you might not think about, some anti-tank weapons can only be fired in an open space for overpressure concerns of the operator.
Nlaws can be fired inside rooms. Javelins can also, but the room just be a certain size.. whos got a tape measure when fighting a tank?
slavi ukraine.
which is better, the Javelin or NLAW?
