Nature of honourable Judge Saheb is praiseworthy because he wants to new legally talented lawyers come in judicial sector to enrich our legal system so he always encourages new lawyers and also he guides them how to proceed case properly , normally he believes is permitting bails when a young lawyer pleads the case and I am seeing that he does want to send people behind the bars for simple reasons , this attitude of Judge Saheb reinforces the faith of a common citizen on our judiciary .

Being a law student, I must appreciate the attitude of Judge he is literally educating the young lawyers by his kind communication it will boost their confidence they will work harder to get good compliments by judge. I'm also learning the etiquettes of court.

A respected Mr. Judge should not be said about any defamatory words to the honorable Mr. Advocate(senior officer of the mighty my lord court), like the improper drafting or etc., in live court session,..use judges' chambers for the same. Nor the judicial officers should through any mighty my lord court's file in a dishonoured manner, in court rooms and in chambers, also at home office's. *May be we Advocates would have drafted the petition, to look and interpreted, in a specific manner as per the need of law and legal need of our clients, please understood, dear Mr. Respected judicial officers.

Seriously a person will get bail or not will depend on how the application is drafted and not on the merits of the case.. if a person is not capable to draft a case why was he given law degree.. why the litigant has to suffer because of this… jury system is must to improve the judiciary system..

This reminds me of a bail petition which I filed for my two clients in a muder case. There were four accused out of which I was the lawyer for two an another high profile lawyer for the remaining two. The bail matter was posted after lunch and being a new advocate I went into the court room right at 2pm. The Hon'ble judge asked me to wait so that he can listen to both the counsels w.r.t same matter. I pleaded that I want to argue first because if luckily the bail is granted then I would not be able to know whether it was my arguments or that if the other big wig lawyer that clinched the issue. Fortunately the court heard me and it was only after my arguments that the other counsel came to the court. Later on the court granted bail to my client whereas the bail petition of the other counsel was rejected

If the application was for anticipatory bail… How did the guy WIN the case?
"If your senior has argued I would have rejected his bail", that means judge is deciding to give bail based on drafting not based on evidence. If a common man who is a victim hires a lawyer who has bad drafting skills then this victim won't get justice. If drafting is bad then judge needs to ask lawyer to draft it properly. Not to make bad judgement
