We start our journey in the Cherokee National Forest of Easter Tennessee. Looking for a new place to camp we came to the Spivey Cove Campground. The next day we head to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There we enter into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

We were right there in late October. Camped for a week in Elkmont. Fall was georgous!…our RV is self contained so we had no issues not having facilities .

Find a chiropractor that offers massage therapy with an adjustment! I’m a disabled vet that has suffered from excruciating lower back pain and I found massage therapy and chiropractic and I couldn’t believe how much it helped me. My pain level went from an 8 to a 4 in the very first session! I’ve used chiropractic for years and it has helped, but not like it did when I got massage therapy! It’s been a while since I’ve had it done and I’m going to have to schedule some more before too long. I don’t know if this will help you but if it does you’ll be amazed! Best wishes!

Kellie for your lower back problem you should buy yourself a TENS UNIT it will control and help you with the pain. I carry one with me when I travel in my RV.
It sounds like it's your L4-5 S-1 disc area. (lower back)
You can purchase a tens unit on ebay just make sure it's a good one.
Also, you might want to purchase Inversion table when you get back home.

it's pronounced like " apple -atcha". My mom lives not far from everywhere y'all went. I know all the places you were. Spent a month there this past spring in my converted rav4 camper car. Got to see 4 bear and 1 elk and lots of rushing creeks and waterfalls. It was Awesome! …..okay, this is just to weird. I was speaking with someone today who was telling me about the alkaline water and washing the vegetables and the way it changed the color of the water from removing the pesticides…..That is just so bazaar….maybe someone is trying to tell me something. When I lived in TN, we used to go skiing in Gatlinburg. Also did a lot of school field trips up there also.
