Recommendation for a blower device for the incinerator: Get an old salvaged Beckett Oil Burner (or Carlin or Riello). Modify it to not only supply air into the barrel, but it'll provide flame using #2 heating oil or its identical Diesel Fuel. 2 birds, one stone.

Great channel.
Two recommendations for your farm project that are screaming at me. Snow guards on all your metal roofs i something you will love. Also, the plow truck scene, try a 5 ton. 3 miles of plowing on a bumpy road will beat the crap out of anything under a 1 ton.. 5 ton flat deck is probably the same price range, and you can put a salter on if need be or one comes up cheap which they do.
Im up here in BC Canada. I farmed hard for 20 years. Commercial fishing for many years and aquaculture for many. Always a carpenter and backyard mechanic. Keep on keeping on

Was wondering could you make a bolt on snow blade for each side to widen the back blade? That way you can do more with less passes?

Bouncy castle blowers are affordable and put out a crap ton of air

That old Ford tractor and that scraper blade work pretty slick!

Sam Dunn

You might consider what uses to be called a comfort cover for your tractor. Takes the engine heat and sends it back onto the operator. The original covers had a windshield of sorts. They had a metal frame with canvas cover. My dad would baling wire cardboard on both sides of the motor to direct heat on the operator. Made a better winter tractor.

neat!

@Red Poppy Ranch. Nice work! On the trash burner, a heavy duty grate inside at that 1/3 from the bottom ring, move your 2 side tubes and louvers up to that point and you could build a nice big door below for shoveling out the ashes after months of burning. May end up having to fabricate a lid that fits over the top to keep the bottom from rusting out too fast.

Heath, Maybe a homemade FOOT operated BELLOWS would be the ideal solution (endless air supply) with your skills , No Problem!! OR you could buy a unit?. Hope this helps. Really great watching you create and develop your Homestead. God Bless you and the Whole family!!.

How about a cover on your pool table when you’re not using it, it could just be a tarp

Charles Urrea

Check out how rocket stoves work and scale up.
If you do fires often, it would be worthwhile to bank that heat.

If you really want to reduce the amount of fuel used, put a ceiling in that shop

benjigirl1971

Heath how come you haven’t put the boards in at the top of the uphill-facing workshop wall? Must be losing so much heat!

I don’t understand how people think solar is any good it sucks

I love the quality of the plow mounts and hanger on the truck you did a really nice job with that.

FYI – I’m still subscribed with notifications on. Didn’t get this one

trubbleguy

Make a mount on the front of the Tractor for your snow plow, if the truck is out for repair, you can use the Tractor.

PLOW BOY

You are amazing getting the truck done especially under pressure. I would have made so many errors in that position plus don’t have the skills. Good luck going forward

Han Baggen

My face got mangeled by barbed wire….that is the worst ever, don't use it.

Build a cab for your tractor

Wanajeep

That genuinely made me jump in the beginning! Keep up the good work! I hope that attachment is alright

Robert Elrose

A full face Motorcycle Helmet will do wonders to make you more comfortable

Outdoor Girl

I don't know what you would do without that blower!!!!!!Hahahaha

like a rock cm

He needs to get that running ,then plow all the way to the pool hall and make some money to pay for it !😉

Timothy Walch

I love to know why you don't put them on the garage proof You're all over real estate this way with me blocking the windows on the house like to know God bless brother Great job

t taylor

you could get a heat houser for your ford ……..we used them all the time before tractor cabs , amazon has them

Daniel Harsh

Perhaps a snow blower would be another alternative.
