I just got home from work and turned on TV to the Discovery Channel and guess what was on? Nothing other than Bad Chad Customs reruns. ❤

MICHAEL BRADDOCK

True tail gater.

Earl Mohme

There's a six plug adapter you can buy and run six plugs at one time

Fon Hollohan

Tail Gate is looking pretty snazzy their Chad. LOOKS Factory to me. cheers.

Rebecca Hoover

Awesome fabrication and transformation of this old car into a truck!!!! Great looking truck. Just wondering…. Are you going to paint it????

Romanm1957

This is going to be one really sweet little truck!

Terry Scully

Maybe a small shackle at end of chain?

Matthew Shelton

awesome!

Austin Healey

Hey Chad from Vancouver BC.
You never stop doing amazing work!
This sedan to pickup truck is brilliant!!!
Thx for sharing your experience……
Best'

Garry Jacks

A suggestion. Put some clear plastic soft tubing over the chains so that they do not clang on the bed and scratch it. Also makes the ride a bit quieter not hearing clanging metal.

Bob Kessell

HINGE ATTACHMENT WOULD LOOK BETTER DONE ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX WITHOUT UGLY CHAINS–CHAINS RUIN PAINT, MANY OPTIONS FOR LATCHING.

Fall Front 21

I'm new and blown away. Did he build this from scratch?

Frank Agustini

Chad, if you put a small carbiner on the end of the chain it will make it easier to clip on and off the tailgate

Nelson Shinos

Your not worried about when you paint the bed and the chains dinging up your fresh paint job on the 1st ride??

Dan Walter

a.m.a.z.i.n.g work Chad and Jolene

Dennis Fain

Hey Chad try amps hooks with the chain on the truck because it will work better. I know what you’re trying to do. Yes it will work that way but this is just a suggestion and a comment you’re doing a good job with the truck so far and journaling is amazing woman she give you suggestions. Also, what Dennis is giving you one now thanks Chad I like your program.

BOB DAVIS

Perfect !

Kirk H

Looks great chad

Danny Curtis

Chad i was thinking that gap where you was going to put a washer ,if you was to put a nut in there, pass the bolt though the nut and in to the tail gate, you can adjust how tight you want it,and then you can lock it off against the tail gate . That will stop the bolt ever backing out ,or becoming loose. Just a thought 👍

Donald Halls

It's looking great the tailgate is excellent, all the best to yous and your loved ones

Naked Goblin

That tailgate was a pain in the ass

j seibert

On my Studibaker the chain has hooks on the end of chain where it hooks on tail gate.

My master at the school of arts and crafts once said : The drill likes that it can drill…trying to make exact holes with a plasma cutter by free hand was big No!!!…what i just saw made my memories from school become from the past to present…My master was right.

Blacked Out Honda

I would rubber coat the chain. So it don't rattle all over as u drive.

Blacked Out Honda

U should've made something instead of chains. Looks ghetto. I woukdve used shocks. Or something.

peter rushton

Sorry. Chad, love your program but I think you made mistake with chains for the tailgate. The great tail gate has been cheapened by the quick fix chains.
Please don’t be offended by my comments I will still look forward to your next build

Ross Macintosh

Jingle Chains. Jingle Chains. Jingle All The Way. 🎄 Tis the season!

Dave Dammitt

Such a pleasant and positive man.
I'm envious.

ken robinson

Drop lock fasteners too easy huh

Paul Jochims

Chad and Jolene are Cooler Than Dang It!

Steve Wolfe

Love the way you're always thinking on the go, Chad! And it's great to watch the whole process as it really happens…even down to looking for the lost washer on the floor. 😀

Paul Fortier

The chain is going to break your paint

shaggy1958

Add a carabiner to each end of the chains and they will be easy on and easy off. Will make it easier for painting and also for adding a cover on the chain so it doesn’t rattle and/or scratch the paint. Just an idea…..

James Moon

Truck is looking fine! It is a real work of true art.

Matthew Meyer Sr

Interesting, I enjoy the thought process. I do wonder about durability. Since there appears to be very little space , is there no concerns of torque from bed twist/ movement during driving? Just wondering. Keep it up, great entertainment

Plisken

Nice

Thomas Junkins

Sharing again my friends.

Billy Lowe

Small drimmal bit

howard barry

Clean Jolene? Douche?

Monte Johnson

The more you do, the better it becomes… Straight fire so far.

Edward a Harlow

Cool build

Southern Hellstorm

To each his own but I rather put the more hid and secure way instead of the chain flopping.. Install a seat belt latch on inside its a cheap and clean look makes a great gate fastener and no chain.. keeps the outside of gate looking smooth and no gaps.

James Givan

I Wonder if you Can use pins that you use in car hoods for that tailgate

Lloyd Gruver

You may want to try an S hook on the chain .
