50+ heavy wreckers, rotators and tow truck convoy. This gathering and convoy was on 12/3/2022 in honor of Mike Micheletti. We gathered to celebrate the life of Mike who unfortunately lost his life on 11/08/2022 while on duty. I know my channel is fun and I love the work I do, and I tend to make it easy with humor. But the reality is this is a very dangerous job we have, especially the heavy duty side. A thousand tiny errors can go wrong any minute and cause great harm.
We as towers don’t always get along, but it was very heart warming to see dozens of tow companies get together for this event in solidarity and to remember Mike. Thank you to all companies who sent trucks and everyone who attended and supported Statewide Tow and Mike Micheletti.
The family has a Gofundme link, and any donations would be appreciated to help out:

R.I.P brother. My condolences to the family and friends. I was hit on 8-8-22 while outside my tow truck on the I-15 North. I broke my back, 6 ribs, and punctured lung. I'm blessed to be here today. Be safe, slow down and move over. God bless.
What an honor I was a volunteer Fire Fighter for over 25 years and we always had nothing but respect for all towing companies that ever came to our accident scenes and we always tried to help where ever we could
Thank you for the video. This was so amazing to see for me. I was almost brought to tears watching so many companies putting their professional lives on hold to honor a fellow recovery professional. Honor and respect for your profession and all who chose to do it. And a HUGE amount of respect for PEPE’S towing for this video! God bless and stay safe
I hate to see these processions they are so beautiful but so sad. Ours is a dangerous job people need to SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OVER. To many drivers being hit injured and killed. RIP DRIVER WE WILL CARRY THE CHAINS FROM HERE. Respect and condolences from south Florida. 3:56
I'm a truck driver…..I wish there was a brotherhood amongst truck drivers…..but that is so far from reality
Happens way more than anyone wants to admit. An operator can never let his guard down, always have their head on a swivel to best protect themselves from harms way. God bless to the family and RIP our brother in tow
R.i.p brother

Dios los bendiga,cuidensen!
Awesome tribute. And a huge reality check, despite taking all precautions, you can be gone in a second…
The old Sears parking lot San Bernardino used to be a blast for the 4 th of July some 46 years ago watching the Orange show fireworks !
Sending my condolences to the family that lost a love one !
I'm still a newbie in the towing game, only been doing it for 3 years. I'm now in dispatch and my biggest fear is one of my guys not making it home. I'm writing this at home with my family, knowing I've got guys on the road right now. Even though I'm "not working" I'm ready to be on scene if needed at a moments notice.
Be safe out there.
Could i ask what happened? All i saw online was he was securing a tractor to a tow truck when the tractor slid er the truck being towed & drug him about 50 ft.
Did he not have the pins seated, on the axle, or did he try lifting it wi
Praying 🙏 🤲 🕍 🕌

I've always said you ALL have a very dangerous, but very honorable career Josh- Ya'll go out in all kinds of weather, at all times of the day & night helping others because it's something you have chosen to do, & that right there makes you guys hero's in my book, & always will- You bet your ass I'll be donating to Mike's go fund me- God bless him & his family, & of course, you & your tow family as well- Stay safe!
This was so impressive to see, it made me cry. But it's all the right for all the wrong reasons. R.I.P. Mike.
