DISCLAIMER (Of course, I’d have one 😁)
Hey, you might think that this info makes me your lawyer, but it doesn’t and I’m not. Sorry, but I AM NOT YOUR LAWYER unless we have an engagement agreement. I am just providing public information here, like a library does, and am not providing you with legal advice about your situation. So, it would be totally unreasonable for you to conclude we have an attorney-client relationship just because you’re viewing this information.

For worker's compensation claims, the claims adjuster may even go so far as to ask your NEIGHBORS what time you left your house, or if you have been leaving at the same time every day.
The purpose of school isn't to benefit you. The point is to create idiots
He should be a teacher
They actually teached this in school.
Edit: typo
How to become paranoid 101
Let me add on to what one thing he forgot if you're a lease agreement and you just decide oh I want to leave and they tell you that you can't leave because you have a lease agreement all you have to say is I do not feel comfortable living here anymore and you can pack your s*** and leave because technically you're not breaking the lease agreement there's no claws and the least agreement saying that you can't leave if you know you feel threatened or you don't feel comfortable or you just feel plain creeped out that you know whatever they're doing to you so use this as an option if you decide that you no longer want to live somewhere and your landlord is telling me that you can't cuz you got a lease agreement tell them that you are legally obligated by the least agreement when the lease agreement clearly states that you must only obey the rules set forth by the lease agreement and there is no rule in any lease agreement that states that you have to follow through with the yearly lease agreement because you don't have to you don't they have to give you the 30 days to move out that's it there's nothing there stating that you have to sign anything because you're leaving there's nothing there stopping you if you want to leave pack your s*** get your 30 days in leave and it's all over and done with and trust me it's all legal
This is rare, a "law edition".

Auto shop, work shop, cooking, actual cooking, taxes, and random house fixes
Bro this guy is flexing his editing skills. But hey? If I was this good I would too!
Re the first tip, an alternative solution: live in Ontario where security deposits are illigal.
Seriously grade school should have a "life basics" course. Teach banking basics, TAXES, insurance and health benefits, renter's rights, basic rights/law, and professionalism in the workplace.
Before anyone mentions taxes, the IRS has their own tax lessons and rules change too frequently for a school system to keep up
Also people file different kinds of taxes and it'd overall be hard for a school system to keep up
Law is the only knowledge that exist
People should learn how WiFi works tbh
I learned this lesson the hard way. When I moved out of my apartment a few years back the landlord blamed me for stealing the screens from the windows. They were never there when I moved in. It was just an excuse to keep my deposit. Remember this dirty trick if you ever move out of an apartment!
Idc if you're with an insurance company, there's no trespassing signs up so if I catch anyone looking through my windows… Your ass better turn to Usain Bolt and hope I don't catch you.
Didnt tell me how to get an apartment but taught me how to deal with special body clean up and forensics work
Thank you for this looking for my first place this was helpful
Bro looking extra robotic in this one 😂
Insurance companies can only pay you less if you are claiming something that isn’t true. Don’t try to commit insurance fraud and you’ll be okay. Nothing against these tips though.
They should teach you taxes
You can get ring back if it’s a family heirloom no matter who broke up with who.
See I’m smart. I know how ridiculous rings cost. So I bought the same ring that was 400 from a dude who got his ring back after he caught his girl cheating for only 50 bucks. So she can keep it if we split.
Ahh, I always found that old lady across the street suspicious 🤨
Hell, even if you are in school in a dorm, TAKE PICTURES!!
I like the part about proposing and all that alcohol in the background. Could be an excuse as to why you proposed and only when you became sober did you realize proposing was a mistake.
I took photos. They said “you could’ve doctored that.” Ummmmm no? I had video too. Still lose the security deposit. -_-
Are you okay did u hit fan on top that hunt relly pain
If you're worrying about who gets the ring back if you break-up, you may need to take a step back and think about what's really important in life.
