You have to be careful with nullification though as during jury selection, you will be asked if you have any belief's that stop you making a decision based strictly on the law and if you believe in nullification and answer no, you may be in contempt

Oftentimes your very knowing of jury nullification can keep you from being on a jury, lawyers often ask whether you intend to be completely lawful or objective in your verdict and if you suggest jury nullification it can be used by the prosecution to get you removed from the jury. I’m short, yes jury nullification is a thing mainly for moral purposes, but In practice it likely won’t go down well.
