The funny thing about winter mods in general, is there's too much snow.
In real life the roads would never sit with that much snow on them.
Right after a snowstorm, sure. But over the next day or so they'd be cleared up.

Another great video. The 65mph speed limit in External Contracts is annoying. Can't believe you've still not rolled a truck! I've rolled half a dozen times and once ended up upside down! Also managed to save a roll while up on 2 wheels.
