Disbarred South Carolina attorney Alex Murdaugh, 54, is accused of fatally shooting 52-year-old Maggie Murdaugh and 22-year-old Paul Murdaugh on June 7, 2021. Their bodies were found near the dog kennels on the family’s 1,770-acre estate in Islandton. As of January 2023, Murdaugh faces a total of 106 grand jury criminal charges, including murder, drugs, and financial fraud dating back to at least 2011. He is also named a defendant in three separate civil suits.

It is my own opinion that the State of SC has shown Alec as scum, a liar and a thief; however, I don't believe that they've proven him a murderer, yet.
Buster appeared very well put together and honest. Didn't appear unphased but like boys were taught when I was growing up "men don't cry" "big boys don't cry" "real mean don't have or show emotions!"
I saw what I took to be a smile from his Dad while he was up on the stand.
On another note, that hard chair and short microphone has got to be one of the most uncomfortable courtrooms and witness stands in all of America! Watching everyone, including Buster, constantly having to fight with the microphone and feel like they were the ones on trial.
Also, the Judge seems very one sided with his calls. Very pro prosecution and negative towards the defense, even when I feel like they have a valid reason for their objection, etcetera.
I believe that BOTH sides are way too close to the shitiation and you can feel their vile contempt for each other, in their actions and hear it spewing from their words and tones.
Defensive got to move a little quicker here
