I really appreciate this video! I was literally moving my retirement around to purchase a Ford Lightning last year (or rather, get on the waiting list) and I’m extremely glad I decided to wait. Everyone I talked to after months of taking delivery of their’s has regretted it. Ford has tried to cut corners on the Lightning in all the wrong ways, especially for such a new technology and the usual comforts of this day and age.
Charging is the saddest thing about EVs no 15 min charge in the future than SVs are compromised

E owners need to get better informed about being green you are distroying the life of all the African people who are forced into mining the minerals reqd to manufacture batteries. You are not being green you are pouliting the planet with mining transport ING materials and later disposal of batteries
I have friend that’s a parts manager at a Ford dealership. He told me the replacement battery for the EV Mustang is $35,000. You would have to be rich or a fool to purchase one.

EVs are NOT the future, at least not the immediate future. I have ‘0’ interest in EVs at the moment, call me when it takes the same amount of time to charge it takes to gas up my Wrangler, plus a decent range/miles.

Go to Lowes, and put a 50A plug in your garage. You're being impatient. There are work arounds.

Ford is in for a rough time over the next few years. They overpriced all their trucks going into a recession. They allowed their dealers to gouge their customers for the past two years. And they also have a ton of vehicles that were waiting for chips that now have chips and have hit car locks
So what your saying is they can basically make your vehicle worth less with the app.. seems dangerous..especially in an emergency..
Auburn is a garbage company. I have their solar panels on my roof and when the inverter broke it took 3 months to get them out. After my last call they showed up in one day so it’s just no support or admin help. Ford made a huge mistake at betting their future with a fraudulent company

If and I'm sure you did, have to pay a market (markup)adjustment on your truck, you damn well should get the procharger for free FFS!
