What about that 8 speed transmission? Have they worked out the issues with them that plagued them in the past?

Liled3 Gun

If this engine ran, "it's full life," how many miles were simulated in the test?

Alfred Stevens

No thank you I guarantee that motor Won’t last Get the LS while you still can

This is going too be a great truck engine lots of tq

P Ellis

And the cool thing is GM will reduce manufacturing if they’re not selling so you can be charged the highest price possible! Yay!

Arion Rowan

Lmao Lmao, he'll give it a bad rating somewhere, I've watched a few of his vids.

RICHARD ZAPALA JR.

It's a hemi…. Cap screw rods, floating pins, steel crank… The little engine that can. Great job GM,

wayne

It all looks good but everything seems to be over controlled by beam counters! Which bearings are too small? Which plastic parts should have been metal? Which part of the engine or turbo don’t get enough cooling?

Finally!
We may have an American 4 cylinder to be proud of🤞

The best engine for a pickup truck is diesel engine!

I grew up in Chevys. As an adult I have bought 2 new Chevys and the only new vehicle I’ve owned that was in the shop more was a new Nissan truck. I’ve owned multiple Ford trucks with zero issues but the new ecoboost sucks. Toyota all the way.

Retro Man

I would like to know what parts were removed for the WT base engine

grabir01

Could of should have installed a simple small block V8.

James Copeland

Chevy: releases new 2.7L 4 cylinder

Chevy fans: "This is half of the 5.4L V8 it should've been."

Laylow Sanchez

Nice to have all that technology to produce so much power, only thing is hope to see chevy and their electronics actually last……oh and that 8 speed as well, had to rescue a few wheelers with that combo

Mike Schlup

I wonder how long the electric water pump will last?

John Stagg

Chevy sold out the US to china! We gave them tax breaks and bailed them out and how did they repay us, the move to china! Traitors!

Andrew Noel

Always is my #1 question when I hear these kinds of videos, because this phrase gets thrown around so much; What exactly is the "lifetime" of the vehicle? How does this relate to mileage? It would be great if these points could be clarified when doing these kinds of interviews.

Two bolt main caps~?
