Every time I see this… 😢 I can’t help but cry that girl is very pretty and I know she is an actor but every time I see this my heart breaks as if this were my own daughter!!😢
I agree with the judge. The girl made it clear that despite her disability, she was well aware of what she was getting into. Her body, her choice, bleeding hearts. End of story.
She is from #CantHardlyWait!!!! I 💛 her
What happens at the end
This reminds me about the case of Adriana Kuch, where she was jumped and left unconscious. She would later take her own life.
Somebody call Rafael Barba
It’s one thing to be curious about your sexuality and another to have the ability to fully consent.
The ending…wow
what irks me is they got away with it. and the girl will never understand that what happened to her was wrong. and that this judge went against legal law and dismissed the case. which in the real world would be a cause for his dismissal.
,mmmm gotta love them old… old terminologies… 😬 i'm lyin it's cringy and the sad fact is yes they slung these words out constantly.
I highly recommend looking up the 1980s Glen Ridge New Jersey case that this is episode is loosely based off of or reading the book “Our Guys”. Everyone who covered this up is going to hell.
3:30 Maybe She wanted Them Dead.
This was a long lifetime movie
May I have the spoilers please?
That is why I never take it to court
The fact they asked what she was wearing…..
Those boys should have been punished and were not because of the judge who overturned
This is based on a real story ut the guys used a bat instead
Should of passed the case on to Benson and Stabler
Actor Robert closely was in the show
Sid from blue bloods
I'm going to have to side with the judge on this one.
That girl might not be all that bright, but she's a lot more intelligent than a lot of women out there.
The judge was disgusting!
The court absolutely failed her! Absolutely infuriating! 🤬🤬🤬
Watching this in 2023 cringing at the way they talk about her. Using the r word..
Back when the world still used the word “retarded”. It sounds so horrific hearing it now but it was the norm when I was a kid. I’m so glad it’s not socially acceptable anymore.
remember this episode, 😥😢😓 so sad she never got justice.
