Court may appoint a judge with every chief minister, governor, speaker and Prime minister to scrutiny their actions, and decisions.. Is it not court dictator ship ? . Now all four pillars of democracy not equal, One sitting for checks and balance of all other. It is not democracy.

Now SC mia lords are going into speculation, they want to speculate in shares, speculate votes in floor test…..They have no time for court reforms, they waste time on frivilous petitions filed by elite lawyers hired by congress…..Sometimes they venture into demonitization and waste court days on something which is not in their judiciary domain, they waste 9 days in hijab matter of 6 girls into school where uniform is there, they waste time in jallikattu, they dont entertain 92 Kashmir geno…..Nepotism has ruined the quality of appointment it seems….
Summoning for floor test is the right of state governor. If you are not satisfied with that decision or outcome, existing chief minister could have filed a lawsuit in supreme court against the governor but that is not relevant to this ongoing litigation. As Thackeray resigned prior to floor test, Shinde & co didn't have to vote against him so there is no recorded activity against the party. And even if plaintiff is pleading for disqualification, it must be in front of speaker and not in supreme court. Going to Surat or Gohati is not considered anti-party activity. The party can issue notice to explain the absence however that can't be reason for disqualification. Sad to see precious time of supreme court is wasted against the case which is not under their jurisdiction! 😞😞😞

Mr Salve is defending the propriety of the fall of the government but the issue is defection and whether Shinde party is Shivsena or Udhav party is Shivsena. Salve is trying to mislead the court. Sibbal and Singhbi will surely give a befitting reply to Salve.

Kindly, again call to respected Ad. Sibbal sir, OR Singhavi sir , for argument against , views putting about Uddavji thakre's resignation and 16+23= 39 MLA s disqualification. This was the first event which occurred , but Resp. court, had given stay. And recommended to extend the time period, it proves that , the resp. court was interfared, but not said to Shinde sir's party to stop or not take any next activities or decisions by which the natoriuos complications arises.it is also proves that, I fill, intentially taken the above decision, that is stay and extended the time period.
