Aww Aphmau. We all understand what it's like to be so stressed and overwhelmed and say we are fine when it's not. During quarantine I was Soo stressed about everything, and it didn't help that I still had school, and around Christmas my dog passed. I would have so many breakdowns. Before that I was always a happy, positive energy person, like how you are. But after Covid hit I was so easy to break and afraid, and crushed. I'm still kinda like that now, but I learned to talk about it with my family and friends, and just do the things that make me happy. Like reading, movies with family, playing online with my friends, watching YouTube. Just remember everyone: When times are hard and you feel like you can't take another step or hit, just trust in God to carry you through and to bring back to the safety of his heart.
