The amount of times that people still look down on Law as he’s always the underdog going into fights is crazy. If Blackbeard wins and ends up killing Law and taking his D.F what does that mean for the story? Means that Luffy now has to go looking for Blackbeard cause their’s no way he’s just going to ignore that news, taking him away from his journey. Unless Blackbeard comes looking for Luffy only to end up loosing, it’s highly unlikely that Blackbeard takes Law’s D.F, but I do see Law loosing and coming out of this fight hurt really bad.
Actually on another note aside from Whitebeard Harming Blackbeard with his Naginata, Law is a smart guy and got his powers temporarily stopped by Hawkins with a seastone Nail. How funny would it be if Blackbeard did Kurozu trying to stop Law's ability and Law stocked up on seastone portable weapons, but the result was a Seastone Nail to Blackbeard's palm just because he let his guard down getting cocky. We know that they can take the nail out but Law can take the opportunity to make an attack or escape.
Wat if Blackbeard is immortal that's why he is able to handle two fruits ?

Genuine curiosity here… does the WG know Law has the Ope Ope No Mi at this point? Or did Sengoku actually keep his secret? Not seeing how the WG wouldn't know this far into the story.. lets say they do know.. The Ope Ope No Mi has a bounty of 5 billion berries… wouldn't the fruit's bounty be taken into account when figuring out Law's bounty? I find it hard to believe Vegapunk hasn't disclosed info regarding separation between df and df user with the WG at this point, especially since BB showed the world it was possible at Marineford. Umm, I don’t agree with you on this one, BB killing law is low hanging fruit, and statistically Oda doesn’t do low hanging fruit too often.
If anything Law performing the inmortal surgery on himself seems more plausible. Not too much is known about this fruit, and we can’t trust what the WG publishes , as they are well known liars and manipulators of the truth.
Why make laws fruit popular and keep luffys under the shadows? Lots of questions…maybe some plot holes Oda missed? 🤔
Anyways, Law losing to BB here is too obvious for Oda to go through with it, would be a waste of a character IMO. But who knows maybe since the series is ending he needs to narrow down the plot scope and will start cleaning house.
