Save yourself a headache and replace those two heater hose fittings on your heater core before you put the cab back on. Way easier to do now rather then later.
All White!
all black.
Go white look sick
I agree all black !
What a beautiful rig
Great job brother that it’s so awesome proud of you brother
Maybe in the future u can help me rebuild my DMax
You won’t get a complete accurate reading in that torque wrench doing it like that. Your left hand needs to be with right. Pushing down in that spot throws off the torque. Both hands have to be in blue handle to be accurate.
All black 👍🏻
Have you seen the s&b 62 gallon fuel tank for the lb7?!? Also I’d like to see what you think of the driven diesel power steering line upgrades!
I’m glad I have that flywheel tool. Big cringe watching all that load l travel through that crank shaft. Also, I would do white liner under the cab. Black wouldn’t reflect the nice powder coat done to the frame
Good stuff as always 👍
Go white ..the purple will pop against the white
Nice looking truck build
My thoughts on powder coating the rear diff cover: I think it would look sick with just the cooling fins colored purple. I'm not sure if there's an easy way to do that, but my thought was just to powder coat the whole thing purple. Then put black powder coat over the top, and then wipe away the black on the fins. I think it would look sick. As far as the color for the bed lined underside of the cab… I think black would be better than white. It's sad to say, but you might bust something under the cab, and you might get it covered in some sort of fluid. I think the black would hide any residual pretty well.
Enjoying the global warming I see. Love ya master.
Looking great 👍🏻
Black!!!!! White will show all the defects and dents on the under side.
Greasy locktight and flat diff cover, big oof bro. Go Banks or stock for diff or you'll have overheated and airiated lube.. ask me how I know 😌
Go all black
For your wife’s gonna be for the deaf you are doing this for her she’s gonna love you forever trucks gonna look cool I like that purple purple
While you have them off, take the time to disassemble your alternator and new AC compressor and have them powdercoated, they really arent that hard to disassemble/reassemble and it make a world of difference in the engine bay when you lift hood. Just my 2 cents but its looking great!
I would go all black
Definitely go white. This way when you pop the hood everything is the same color in the engine bay and going down the under side of the cab. If this is gonna be a show truck, it’s all about the details.
Great video as usual. After crunching numbers & talking to clients all day I love to sit back & watch you work your magic. You are talented! Oh listen to your wife; go with the black!
So far I love what you are doing with Wifemax. I think the bottom of the bed, cab, and engine compartment should be black.
All Black no Question
I would have to vote for the white raptor lining under cab. Always been a fan of keeping things stock looking. My black LBZ has a light grey color under the cab from the the factory. Not sure if all the colors were like that or not. Love the progress on the frame off restoration!!
Dude, when that torque wrench beeps stop pushing!!!!! That 250 ft lbs is probably 300+ now!! Good way to snap bolts!
ME: we are going to watch Truck Master.
Truck Master: Video stars with him moving the wifemax frame with a tractor.
My 3-year-old son: Hes the Tractor Master.
1000 hp? I’d go ahead and hit your attorney up and get a last will and testament done on her while you’re at it. Women can barely handle a Prius.
Would you recommend using that brand torque wrench on head studs?
Josh, honestly…I would avoid using bedliner on it. My understanding is that it will hold moisture in, which can result in rust down the road. If it were me, I would prep, prime, paint and undercoat it with a quality under coating that has proven results. With all the time, effort and expense you guys have in the truck, I would do everything possible to preserve it. My two cents…anyways, the truck is coming along nicely, it will be a force to recon with, something you both will be proud of for years to come, take care and God bless…David.
"awesome channel" love all the content, the build is looking good. cant wait to see the finished product! i think you should paint it black.
wow send it lot of guys love to be doing what your doing
All black for the underneath
I hated torqueing my flywheel bolts 😂
Why don't a diesel engine use a header like a gas engine difference
Just straight piped my truck today what would be the next best upgrade without a tune. Not wanting to tune it just yet
Factory valve bridges risking it for a biscuit
Wife has a better image and style.. I bet she'll out build a truck to your pu.c ideas.. lol
Time to do so.e sketchy shit doo dah doo dah, hope we get away with it oh doo dah day.
This video was about 30 minutes to short! Thanks Josh and Melanie!
Wow I can't believe how well this is all coming together…looks great. You even had my anxiety going with the engine going in with no load leveler. Keep up the great work! I would go black underneath, will be a nightmare to keep clean if you go white, just my .02
Black. White will be too much to look at and also will get so dirty
Ok I have an issue with my 2005 GMC 2500HD crew cab Duramax. I think my sunroof may have a very small leak what’s the correct fix for it?
