Most potstickers I’ve seen in restaurants have been sautéed/fried.
From a recipe:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers in a single layer and cook until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Brian, I need advice on a solar generator…..
I have an off grid log cabin Up North. I can run electricity for as long as I want using a generator hooked up to the fully wired Cabin. But I am thinking about getting a higher Quality solar generator that I can leave hooked up to solar panels all the time mainly to run a smaller refrigerator. I figure spending $5 to $10 every time I go up north on ice cubes could probably go to a solar generator to take care of the problem. I already have a cheap go labs generator for running lights at night so I don’t have to listen to the generator running when it’s quiet and peaceful. My question for you is what would be a good reliable long lasting solar generator for me to leave up at the cabin to run a smaller refrigerator? And I’ve actually heard that the difference between a Dorm refrigerator and regular refrigerator is not very big
If you put your thumb on the rim (not your whole thumb covering it just a little) it will stop spilling out… I'm a beer drinker and trust me it really works 😀🇦🇺✅

jesus, those aren't potstickers, those are Shui Jiao / Sui Gao. Remember, if they're not crispy, they're not potstickers!

These are Ajinomoto brand Gyoza/Potstickers, they're available in the frozen food aisle in any Asian Grocer. Pre-oiled, all you need to do is add 2-4 oz of water depending on how many you're making.
