Today I finish the front 240SX suspension on the Drift Truck! After that, we remove the suspension jig and test fit our 240SX coilovers from BC Racing! Unfortunately, that is when I discover I made a huge mistake…

I wish I could buy the stuff you already put together I would like to change my d21 into a 240SX suspension for the front it would also be nice to find a rear subframe I would like to change out the rear to 240SX also
Stay up hommie. This is all part of building badass shit. Really appreciate seeing the ups and downs, you keep it real and that’s what it’s all about. Looking forward to seeing this thing ripping some day, when ever that might be.
Where do you get your music? Is there a spotify playlist?
1:13 Caleb trying to take off
The music at the end absolutely KILLED me omg
Wouldn't having the couplers at a angle mean that they can't actually release upwards ?
Before you start cutting stuff out, I would get the kit and see if you can use it without cutting.
7:45 someones been watching Bad obsession!
Hang the motor the way you want it and build around it will make your life so much easier u will see what room you have to play with
keep your head up, you're human at the end of the day
You made a perfectly nice wallhanging frame 🙂
The core principle of engineering is EFF. YouTube generally removes mistakes and gives a ridiculous view of design and fabrication where things just magically work. But i love the fact that you include the honesty of the process, and the EFF, the endless fucking frustration that you sometimes run into in a project.
This was great, looking forward to the next one too!
failures are only bad if you dont learn something
Dudes are gonna get chopped trying to keep up with this unit 🤙
Don't let it get you down, sure it sucks but I imagine that you learned something and the second, third, or fourth time it will be that much closer to perfect.
Instead of FDFshop.. recommend Using WiseFab.. yes it is more expensive but it's using stock tophat location and wisefab also is more adjustable than others.. I mean, I'm just saying bro.. anyway, love content as always 💖 .. been here since forza days with jackultramotive
Giddyap go Giddyap Go…
Without failure you can't have success 😂
We all appreciate your content no matter what, making mistakes is only human and it only makes me support and appreciate it more. Take it easy on yourself buddy<3.
Spot the other mistake.
Those couplers are interlocking.
So unless you allow for all of them to move away from each other in the same plane in the same direction you will have no hope short of brut force and bending things to get them apart as a group.
why not use more of those couplers to change/extend where needed instead of redoing the whole thing. maybe im looking at this too simple minded
hey man I completely respect and admire you posting videos like this. It's part of the process that we all hate. But seeing also someone else go through it and show that they are going to completely fix it and make it right, motivates me to do the same when I make a mistake. Keep it up I'm still going to watch!
it blows but im there too my car been down 2 years because link ecu cables
You think ken block had it easy on his f-100?
Good vid!
Just see this as a iteration. In engineering you just have to find things out along the way to improve the design. Sometimes it’s with little stupid stuff ~ trust me I’m an engineer 🥲
Build the truck that makes you happy bruz. Don't build it for internet opinions..
Great work mate
Behold the surprise when it would have been easier to LS swap it.
Nice effect here with the rewind 3:24
Just use a different angle kit man, don't waste all that hard work
Keep the steel and couplers you will be able to use alot of it on other projects or other parts of this project. The couplers you will be able to get out yes it's a bit more work but better then putting them in scrap.
So I subbed to you years ago for your forza 6 content, I’ve just come back across your channel and am surprised how far it’s come! All your RL stuff looks insane and you’re living every car gamers dream
i used to be a patreon for MONTHS!! maybe a couple years but i can definitely like and comment <3
Your truck your rules😊
I mean, you can't roll the fenders so you can get clearance on the front fenders, or perhaps leave out the inner front fenders to make room for the tires reach at steering lock?!?🤔 You gotta scrap the whole idea?!?😥
These mistakes are what grow your skill and experience. Going to be that much better!
You live and you learn man
4:25 are you really able to lift up the body with the coupler clocked that way? I feel it's gonna snag.
The struggle is real! This is just building cars man! Anyone whos built one know it always goes to shit at some point, perseverance will conquer all issues!
Mega sad moment but still glad to learn with ya 💪 going to watch this three more times
Still my favorite build next to the bus
hi gingium.. im from malaysia.. love seeing your videos custom making cars.. and i already followed u long time ago.. ive seen your plate for absorber mounting.. it seems little outer cut.. i mean the 3 hole for the stud.. seems that the leadline for cutting setting outside maybe in future for nice looking u can set the cutting leadline set to inside.. just giving some advise to get the perfect for your v2 truck…love from malaysia
I’ve been watching your videos since you had hair. Your skill and production has been insane lately. Easily one of my top 3 favorite automotive YouTubers. Loving the drift truck V2 build so far. Keep killing it 🫡
Power coating the interior of the truck and cage and bedlining that frame would be cool and probably help prevent long term rust. 😀 not necessarily though lol
