I agree they were pretext pull overs. Perhaps the feds didn't order/request it, maybe it was delib done thru state police or Idaho police just not the fbi.
It's better BK doesn't suspect that & less chance of them being inadmissible since the arrest warrant wasn't in place yet.

James Hall

Why put the officers in the line of danger.

Paul Gabella

After everything we’ve seen involving the FBI over the last few years, they have little credibility, unfortunately.

JeepCherokeeful

Yeah, no way they were randomly “pulled over”.

Patrick Wright

They did it , like anyone would believe the FBI.

Jeremy P

i agree, these were not orchestrated by the FBI. for what purpose? Indiana state troopers are bored, and look for any excuses to pull someone over.

Toxic Haste

They definitely told them to pull him over. Their just changing their statement/stance so their legal case doesn't fall apart. Because there are legality issues with directing harassment of someone not yet guilty of a crime. It's essentially illegal.

Rhonda McFeron

The officer that pulled Bryan Koeberger over in Indiana, (which would have been the latter traffic stop of two) gave Bryan a warning only for following too closely, however; the officer DID indeed, ask Bryan Koeberger for his license and registration.. ( I'm editing this to : "The officer asked for his driver's license", not sure about registration tho)
I am personally more interested in hearing the footage better so that I can have an understanding as to why the father mentioned something to do with a mass shooting in Pullman and that they were coming from WSU. Why would ANYBODY mention ANYTHING to do with crime from Washington state ? That seems a little " TOO RANDOM " 🤷🏼‍♀️ even the officer seemed confused about that.

Rellik Revo

No ones mentioning illegal use of sound recording on cctv .
Hmmm.

Rellik Revo

Of course they did.
A lot dosnt add up in this case.

Whoop Dat Trick

Ive been driving since 2003 and been pulled over 2 times …this guy gets pulled over weekley lol

hayes

Police rarely will pull you over for tailgating on the freeway (unless it’s like severe and causing issues). This is something they use basically as an excuse to pull over somebody they have a tip on. I’ve seen this many times, once a state sheriff pulled two men over for tailgating and they just happened to have 80 pounds of cocaine in the car.

This woman (JC) needs to stop speaking to media. I’ve seen a number of reports from her and they’re all wrong or wildly speculative.

MsTaly99

The real question is “Why would the FBI tell you the truth concerning their surveillance techniques?!”
I mean they are legally allowed to lie to you while investigating you; why would they tell the truth concerning this?!😳🙄🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂🤣😂🤣

I am Cambion

I guarantee that the FBI directed those traffic stops because the FBI is good and they are the ones that solve crimes and catch killers and they wanted to see the body cam footage of those stops and of course they are not going to admit to having those officers do that because there is likely a law that doesn't allow them to do it there's lots of laws in place that protect criminals so they have to just lie and deny but if that's what they have to do to get killers off the streets as fast as possible I'm all for them doing things not by the book I can just imagine how anxious Bryan was with the first traffic stop and then the second one he had to have felt that he was fkkt and that they know what he did I bet he laid awake many nights waiting for the sound of someone pounding on the door and bright lights pointing in multiple windows he was probably relieved when they finally showed up

I'm Curious

why would they do deliberate traffic stops and possibly spook him.. people are ridiculous!

Taureanfitness

Even if it was orchestrated they are not going to tell you that they're in the middle of an investigation.Besides if they did admit to that the defended say it's non admissible evidence because it's unlawful for them to do so in the 1st place

Baghuul

FBI deal in deception, of course they are going to say they didnt instruct them to pull over a car.

Juan Cast

You know they did it on purpose. Pulling him over for nonsense.

Bruce Allen

How do you spell FBI?
FIB

Zack Norris

that's strange the FBI had their hands all in this before they had their hands all in this. Business as usual. Shout out to Ray Epps and Chris Wray

Frederick King

Wouldn't be the first time the fbi lied to us. Seems that's all they do anymore.

Raptorman0909

The only thing I'd add is that Bryan was stopped in August, months before the murders, and it may be an indication of aggressive driving which would make him more likely to be stopped. So, while it is something that might well have been initiated by the FBI it is also possible that Bryan was being aggressive and was stopped, twice, within a few minutes. If this had been planned by the FBI I think there is little chance he'd have been stopped twice — why would that have been necessary? The cop would have video of the stop and that is what the FBI would have wanted.

Dacia Project

I drove from Massachusetts to Alaska. Spent 2 months in AK and then drove back to Massachusetts and was never stopped by any police the whole time.

Lennon Stephens

its obvious these stops were directed…but not by the fbi?

lucinda corral

When did all these agencies stop protecting people and start only protecting Administration or people above me as a minor Juvenile and start protecting adults while they were allowed to victimize me

lucinda corral

And why when talking to wanting to talk to the FBI do you have to spill your whole life story to a receptionist they're not an agent

lucinda corral

Just 142 instead of for Lucinda Corral 142 my elfrida's birthday was July 1st 1942 is the year she was born

lucinda corral

As a woman who is a federally protected child and her children should have been federally protected and you can't even get an agent to speak with you how are they helping to protect these people

lucinda corral

What good is FBI if you can't even reach them by phone to help them investigate crimes federal crimes committed against a juvenile a minor in her minor children is there a statute of limitations

Gitty up

Lol😂 the fbi would never lie

GH1618

Maybe Idaho State Police asked for a check.

Google user

As they said they wanted to check his hands out during the stop, plus by letting him go his confidence level went up once he saw he was free to go, however if a cop pulls you over twice in a day is no coincidence, Bryan is not as smart as he thinks he is, not detailed oriented.

Diane

News nation lied….. Just call them out by name

Timo Hess

Dear FBI,

(1) Eleanore (Student) was 18 when she was violently stabbed in a random attack in Northeast Portland on March 10, 2019.

Police are asking the public for help finding her attacker !? There is video footage from the neighbor's house,

and the stabber has a similar build to BCK. Look at YouTube.

(2) Then on August 13, 2021. A couple was attacked while sleeping at their home in Salem, Oregon around 3 a.m.

by a masked attacker who broke in armed with a knife. What happened to Travis Jutten and his wife in August 2021 near Salem, Oregon?

The Kohberger Trail – Eugene – Salem – Portland – Pullman – Moscow – Boise – Salt Lake City – Denver – Kansas City – Indiana – Columbus – Inidana University of Pennsylvania;

B. C. Kohberger involved ?

Greetings from Germany

This lady pulls some letter from somewhere saying the FBI did not authorize the stops. She got played, because it is coming out that those stops were on purpose.

Tara Mcgavan

Thank Gawd they cleared this up!!! As I kept saying AS IF THEY WERE TELLING MULTIPLE LE agencies about this case!!! That is a drug corridor of Hwy every out of state plate they can pull…the officers didn't even catch him on camera it was SO OBVIOUS it wasn't a set up🙄

Brad Kellar

These were interdiction stops. The story here is a murderer exhibits the same behaviors as does someone running drugs/guns/money down the interstate. Criminal behavior is the same to those who are trained to see it.

General Eric

Why did the cop go to the passenger side and not to the driver?.

Carole Peters

They need to ask ALL States if they have any unsolved killing that fit his M.O. I hope we have a USA Data base with all M.O of murders in it? This is not this guys first time at this! I know of three others murders with saome M.O, in Ga , Ia, Portland Or, a couple. His guy was very mobile, and very sick!

Carole Peters

This is NOT this guys first Rodeo in killing people! His M.O. is in GA with a women with Cancer, a couple in Portlnd, & blind man in IA, off highway. And I"m sure where is more! All stabbed in head & neck, woods around the place, fighting, in middle of night. All when he was in the area, maybe eating at vegan restaurants. Its on his Instagram site he was buying a knife in GA.

Trent Evenson

The fbi would never lie about… everything .

MeoMiyo

He will plea guilty to burglary and the state will drop 4 murder counts in a plea deal.

Chrissy Kornmann

I lived in Indiana, they pull people over all the time for no reason really. I got pulled over 3x in 2 months going to work on the highway for really nothing and never got a ticket. Now, with that said they still always ran my name through the system..ticket or not. I didn't see them running his name in the video. They look at his id and then ask questions and return it to him. That's weird.
