Personally I do a further wrap to make a triple surgeons knot
Solid video & demonstration. After watching some weak videos of the surgeons knot, it was great to find yours. Such a simple knot. Good job.

How well does this knot hold? I'm saltwater fishing for inshore species such as snook mainly. Will this hold while using a rapala skitter walk?
