Umm, boats in the water
When zoomed out, these are clearly a cluster of large boats on the water. Because the clouds block where the water and sky start, it would be easy to misinterpret.
Now THAT is an amazing catch! These objects may not be seen from the ground because (apparently, and according to Bob Lazar), they use a form of gravity manipulation that can bend light and hide them from certain angles. The plane may be outside of that incidental camouflage region of the fleet craft. They’re not moving, and there are clearly many of them.
It’s very reckless that our govt knows these objects are here, and doesn’t inform the population about it. These objects are obviously interested in us, and want us to know they are there. The longer our govt tries to cover this up, the worse the socioeconomic and political fallout will be.
Humans need to come to terms that when we look up at the stars, other things are looking back at us. We are not alone.

Those are ships in a bay, very obvious. The person is zooming into the ocean. Has this person never flown in a jet before?

What's really amazing is how absolutely still they are in the sky.
As fantastic as the video looks, I do think it's genuine.
To see something like that from your airplane window must be completely disturbing!
I've come to the conclusion that they don't travel here from other planets. There's just too many of them and it's going on way to long.

I'm highly dubious about the authenticity of this footage. In any case those look more like cigar shaped than circular craft to me.
What looks like a mountain at the bottom now and then I suspect is the shore. I do believe these are ships on water.

Ships, on the ocean? Hmmm. No, they are NOT on the ocean, they are above the wing! Kind of deceptive unless you watch closely. Thank you, Michael, they are good sized as well.

First 20 seconds you can see land and water in the foreground. They are in the air. Ships have bridges and chimneys . Theses are tubes.
These are just marks on the outside sheet of glass on the plane (the little air bubbles you get), if you watch carefully you can see them all move in sync at such a distance but this only happens when the camara moves up and down.
I love to get a drone in the air on that one wrong angle for ships on the water
