In this video, we sit down with Anglers All team members Jeff Perry and Delaney Chapman to talk about one of our favorite places to explore in the state of Colorado: the Flat Tops Wilderness. The crew talks about their early fall adventure and provides some insight into what it’s really like fly fishing this part of the Centennial State. Plus, we discuss one of the best available basecamp options you can find in the region: Budge’s Lodge, operated by Ryan McSparran.

Anytime you are talking about 100-500 fish days I will question how good of an advocate you are being for the resource.
If you want places like this to remain untouched by the massive amount of folks along the front range, maybe don’t make a video and market it in emails, etc. I’ve been to the flat tops many times and am so grateful it is largely undiscovered. Love your tying videos but this one bummed me out.
