The Best Alpine Lake in The US!
When I fished my first alpine lake in the summer of 2020 I knew it was special. It was an experience that was entirely unlike anything I had ever done before and quickly became one of my favorite adventures to go on. The difficulty of the hikes, the panoramic views, and uniqueness of the experience was mind blowing. It was like an entire new world of trout fishing had opened up to me. But out of all of the alpine lakes my brother and I have visited this one trumps all of them. When I say this was the most incredible alpine lake experience I have ever had I’m not joking. What you’re about to watch is a memory that my brother and I will never forget.
This is my favorite memory from my last trip to Colorado. The cutthroat trout were big, they were everywhere, and the views were second to none. You just don’t have days like this on the water that often. Fly Fishing has brought me to some of the most incredible places in America.
Thanks so much for watching and I’ll catch you on the next episode!

Great video!
I need to figure out what lake this is. We have caught a lot of artic greyling this year in the CO alpine lakes.
Indeed it's a gorgeous lake!
Awesome video been watching all these series. I had hoped to hit some alpine lakes this year but sadly it didn't happen. But next year man! Great video guys!
E P I C !!! 🤯👍 Seriously, nuthin short of it.🤯 Now I'm not gonna ask where this was cuz this place is obviously a TREASURE…but, what I WILL ask is, was this location a frequently fished spot and/or a preserve of some kind? I'm thinking this was public land? Just curious is s'all. Great vid boyz and THANK YOU for makin the treck to this place.🙂👍 GORGEOUS all the way around…just FREAKIN GORGEOUS (the fish, the lake, the scenery…TOP MARKS! 🙂👍) Peace ✌😎
Awesome video as usual beautiful fish just thank you guys for sharing and keeps me in touch because I just don't get to fish the way I used to. Used to be fishing every weekend all week end and was close enough to mountains to even go up and fish after work in evenings. Just really appreciate you guys thanks so much. Like I said look into lake agnus and do some investigating on it.
Hey man what camera do you use also great video
Great video of an amazing scenery and cool fishing! Those are stocked trout tho, and normally i am used to you guys searching for the wild ones, but anyways, keep up the good work! Best regards 😀
Dude what a day. The measures you guys go through to get to these places are wild. Sick footage
Beautiful! Where is this lake?
Thanks, this is realy good, like
Addaboys 🤜🤛 beautiful highcountry trout 🤠🤠
Either brooks are so ingrained in your dna or the high altitude took a toll towards the end of the video 😄 … outstanding work guys!
Curious what you’re set up is as far as fishing goes. Rod and reels and leader setups
Gorgeous lake, gorgeous fish! More underwater photography would be appreciated. What an amazing place.
Outstanding! What a great day!
nice video! l upload fishing videos in my channel to!
Cool lake, but, boring to watch. Sorry. Needs flow, imo.
Mind blowing!!!
If you wanna catch a big cutthroat over 30 in in need to came to pyramid lake Nevada where the average is like 25 in and the biggest is 63 in
<<<a cool video keep up the great content.. Thank you..
a fun adventure with natural spots and big and lots of big fish, greetings from Indonesian anglers, success always bro
I am glad you got to experience the scenery, the peace and quiet, the fish, the water, etc. Now close your eyes and just think how big and more abundant that all the fish and game were before Columbus wrecked his boat into the America's. Think about how the natives actually lived with the earth instead of being caught up in the plastic world today. My Foster Mother taught me to fish and she could outfish a lot of guys but she also taught me to be kind and be a gentleman and one thing she said put the two together. She said " I like to catch fish but I like to see others catch fish too". I really enjoy and appreciate ya'lls videos. And always tight lines. Tony
Don’t know how cold that water is but would love to see some underwater footage of that ecosystem and see those trout in their environment. Wetsuits and snorkeling !
How can u possible leave that lake????? Lol
That lake and those fish are amazing! Such beautiful, thick fighting fish! What a privilege it would be to fish that! Thanks for sharing!!!

You have been given a gift. It is imperative that you understand how special the talent you have been given. Enormous thanks for sharing your experience.
This one just went onto my hike-n-fish list. Thank you for the awesome content!
What a grand adventure! Awesomely beautiful cutthroats and scenery! And landing a big cutt on a #22 nymph fished on 7X tippet? That’s pretty doggone skillful angling — well done! Always appreciate your high country outings!
Can't imagine what it was like to actually be there. I'm sure as great as the video is, being there and seeing in person was much better. Thanks for sharing!
Fishing greetings 😊👍
Wow! No doubt a trip of a lifetime. Nice to have those memories on video. Enjoyed watching. Tight lines. 👍
