It looks beautiful on the outside let’s see if they take care of the driver on the inside. Bigger refrigerators please much nicer area for us to live in.
ok i see they are making advanced trucks and all that shit but what about the roads ? i can't believe that here in USA a nation that call her self the most powerful in the world still having roads full of holes
Install solar panels on every roof top of a truck and sell the energy to power companies so that they don't have to burn as much coal and save our planet one step at a time, next we install panels on cars, buses, every roof top, and fields. use our sun to energize the world.
Interesting, but I can see lots of flaws in the plan. The side skirts covering the drive tires will be destroyed with the first blow out. Wonder what they cost to replace? (there goes the fuel savings)…
Sorry, but along with the "Ram Box" featured in the Dodge commercial attached to this video, I also invented the "truck of the future" in 1980. I worked at "Freightliner" and the engineers there couldn't find their ass with both hands.
wait until you have a blow out and all that pretty fiberglass is all over the highway…oh yes this is the truck of the future…when i am headed up the mountians in Penn and doing 15mph with flashers going…yes great job freightliner…just take the money and learn how to make a dependable truck and that will save fuel and cost for companies…and be effective….thanks alot but no thanks…glad i am retired
Junk, trash, garbage, that's all this is, I was a freightliner guy until they stop making the Classic XL model, I will go for the 389 or w900, to hell with the aerodynamic crap, I'm a trucker not a EPA communist.
at the start of this video i was wondering what arnold schwarzenegger had to do with it until i seen martin. Skinny german Bruce Willis at 1:45 aswell..
Throw that new Detroit,… injector-eating crap of an engine in the trash, and put a CM2350 in it. — Let me Put MM2 in it, then Full custom tune it for extreme high fuel mileage, and then they will see what it can really do. … I think it would easily bust 14 or 15 MPG under those same conditions. — Just some thoughts on it — Rawze
this people are great in what they do ,but the only mistake they have they never ask truck drivers , how and what they should make this super truck a real super truck cause yeah you have all the school and everything but we are the one driving it ,and not for an hour we drive for long time . so we know what we talking about . when we say your so super truck might not be a super truck after all.
The problem with all of this shit Freightliner comes up with is, they never put any of this stuff on the road. The only place you'll every see any of this stuff is at a truck show. Freightliner should have spent that money on figuring or how to make the trucks they do manufacturer reliable and dependable.
There's going to be a lot of body damage and will have to fix it to get better mph I like the peterbilt supertruck its regular looking truck why is the trailer panels so low I seen a trailer stuck when he was making left out of truckstop and trailer got stuck and damaged the road with this u damage those expensive panels
This is one of freightliner best design yet even way better than that other lame concept that they made back in 2012 I say they should build this super truck and start sales this super truck even out beats the peter built super truck

Lindo es saber de clases de motores me interesa
tell the whole truth. 12 mpg loaded or empty??what kind of hp and torque?? without hp it's a road hazard. the amt is dangerous and not desirable
gross

12,2 mpg? is it loaded or empty. so aerodynamic, can it actually climb Hills pulling heavy trailer full of beer?
Why the American trucks are so differently designed than trucks in Europe?
looks like blow over bait…

l Will bet the driver safety has not been i the engineering,

They forgot where they'll make it driverless too, another way technology will screw us out of jobs. No doubt these companies want to do that too.
When I see America spelled with a "K", I just skip whatever it refers to and move on.
Nothing to see here.
