I really like the rotating light bar. I wish we could get that on the pick up trucks and also cop colors. I could use a police escort or block a intersection. Something about the cop lights just can't stop looking at them.

The drink you are looking for is called hops-and-malt-juice. Or hops cold spritzer, depending on the region.
For the larger capacities use the longer frames with third axle.
The hops and malt production are a nice addition; they shouldn't cause problems with the age rating of the game as they aren't themselves an age-limited product. They are both used in non-alcoholic beverages, even if that is what many associate them with.
