For this video I ventured into Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Within minutes I came across a police officer parking on double yellow lines, to make matters worse it created a dangerous hazard.
The vehicles were disgusting and a biohazard. The wing mirrors on the vans were so filthy it’s any wonder they were able to see via them.
