This is not rebuilding it is replacement of gears with brand new ones. Hitting almost all the parts with a steel stick and a hammer especially ball bearings is too risky. Most probably repaired components will need to be repaired anytime soon. One of the main reasons of gear damages is misalignment of shafts and unstable bearings. Man power should not only come from muscles but brain.

Помню в 2000м году в фирме где я работал на сорокотонном КАТО такой же ремонт делали редуктора заднего моста, пару в Японии. заказывали, обошлась вместе с растоможкой 7000 долларов. Жалко владельца машины, на деньги попал, сейчас ему отбивать их надо.
