Lol 30# power pro line on suckers 🤦😂
Got shore tips? That doesnt work from shore
Who needs a leader lol. I just let the adrenaline take me and quick put another hook on.
Nice! We run a trap rig like that in saltwater all the time
Good video but we didn't get to see you catch the muskie and you didn't tell us what body of water you were on keeping it a secret lol!!!
Shove the sinker down the suckers throat into its belly. Better action, and feel too. no weight on the line.
Musky not good table fare? Lmfao Musky is as good as anything if not too big and pan fried! Gtfo with that! And that being said i prefer to release all Musky by choice but not because they taste bad.
I always catch and release but I don't like to kill any fish in the process I feel really bad for that sucker for some reason!!
That's EXACTLY how I rig my trolling rig when I'm kayaking. Works like a charm. 30# test works just fine for muskie when battling in cover less waters. I use my heavy duty inshore stuff when I'm fishing heavy cover with 80# braid. I use my MH with 30# braid when I don't need to worry about cover and snags. Plus it's really fun getting towed by a muskie in a yak.
That's just mean poor fish
I've always wanted to get into musky fishin ive fished for a lot of pike and they seem to love spoons but do spoons work on muskies?
musky taste just like pike, but a little better. iv'e only had it once, but pike and musky are in my top 5 freshwater fish by far!!! Try pike, but make sure to watch vids on how to filet. you won't be sorry you ate it!!!
Jared, thanks for the comment. FYI Marty Clausen is a successful northwoods Wisconsin guide who has many, many muskies caught for him and his clients. I'm not sure what you mean by "good luck with that" regarding the 30 pound Power Pro line. Too light? Too heavy? Feel free to support your comment and share your expertise in muskie angling. It's always good to do what you can to help others catch fish.
30lb PowerPro for Musky sucker fishing? Good luck with that!
