I never comment on videos but your makes me want to put a house on my duramax and try it lol one thing that would benefit you amazing and take some worry off your mind on frigid cold is put a webasto on the truck for the coolant your 7.3 starts amazing but the added peace of mind and instant heat would be awesome stay safe and keep living the dream!!!

Since you can’t change your deck, why not cut out a square and replace with expanded Alum? The snow would fall through and problem solved. Unless it would cause more issues with road grime.

I hope you modified the differential on the trailer. Since it's not powered by a driveshaft but driven by the wheels instead. I've see differentials blow up due to this.

And you should swap rear axles with your trailer. Put that Dana 70 in your truck with a Detroit Locker.

Routinely spray the front end with WD40 all the front suspension helps keep the muck off AND reduce rust….
