At least you don't have any "nudies" down there now.
Was always fun 15 years ago dodging the "weird" people
You should of all boarded that tiny and tipped it tbh, some people need to learn the hard way. Most boaties are scum tbh but i enjoy hurling sinkers at them and they’re peepee compensators
That guy that released that excellent snapper at 5.40 almost certainly killed it by sticking his fingers in its gills and handling it with bare hands. Use lip grips if you want to take it out of the water but don't handle them with your bare hands. And don't touch under the gillplate. You may as well eat them
Hey Fishingmad, I gave a freshwater/saltwater guide-book to a friend because he's new but I'd like anything too. So I was looking online for a Victorian Fishing Guide but couldn't really find anything that would have all the species of fresh and saltwater fish, as well as techniques and strategies to catch them. I was thinking while looking, if you had a book, I would very much prefer buying it over anyone else. Your advice is always understandable and articulate. A guide made by you would sell, and probably have very hot tips.
You could probably extrapolate off the idea because you definitely would be smarter about it than I ever could. I would love to turn a guide-book into a scrapbook by glueing in pictures of my first species catches and add notes like rod setup and locations.
where abouts and what colour an size lure
Great job bud.Yeah mate some people just don't care. Including powerboats are the same. I would have said something for sure.
brilliant. i’m buying a kayak next week so this is epic timing! happy new year chief 😀
At 3:35 just looking at the sounder had me jaw dropped…arcs a plenty 😮
I bet old mate cast out some pilchard pieces on a paternoster rig and then wondered why he didn't catch anything decent! At least he came in slowly. Happy New Year from NZ.
What ur type of trolling motor called it looks good
Bugger. What a great day to be out. I was still recovering sadly. Happy New Year buddy.

Great way to open the account on a new year well done Alan
Great to see you back, maybe I should try the fog as clear sky doesn't seem to help.
Great video Alan, that run on the twin power was music to the ears haha can’t wait for you redemption video on the kingfish in Portland mate
Awsome vid can you try and make a video on how to use youre sounder Well? as i have been struggling to do so.
Im curious to know how you navigate around the Lebo Navy?
Gooooood snap snap. What a way to start the year
Some people have no etiquette when it comes to sharing the waterways. The ones who really annoy me are wake boats and jet ski's running back and forth near boat ramps making launching harder than it needs to be. Or tearing past an anchored vessel. On a lighter note, what a cracking way to start the year mate.
Nice video Alan, any recommended stable kayaks for port phillip bay. I'm on a budget for 1.5k
Some great fish around that rock wall. Or campbells cove even haha
Awesome start Allan.
Another excellent show mate. A Happy New Year to you all!
