Hi sir. If I apply microloading by adding 2.5 lbs. plates on my deadlift on each side every week, does that negate the law of accomodation despite using the same deadlift?

you learn from failing it releases hormones that promotes neuro plasticity check out Andrew Huberman he is explaining alot of this stuff over multiple hours. I think it plays a part in accommodation since you will do something wrong if you are not used to it maybe its a small mistake you dont even notice it but your brain does and adjusts.

Underestimated gold again. Rep ranges too if you tend to do the same exercises. I change rep range every week. even by 1 rep adds a new stimulus. Law of accommodation and stimulus to fatigue ratio are linked.

At 58, injury prevention is high priority. Since following your work I have added a ton of variability to my workouts. Still like to hit it hard but vary grip widths, reps, lifts, etc and feeling better than ever and still making gains. Some of the trouble spots (shoulder pain) I have had for years are gone.
