Greene County Illinois, Called 911 for neighbors fighting. Cops (Local Sherriff) arrived before I could hang up. 911 Dispatch wanted my name, my Drivers License and or my SSN. I asked dispatch why they needed it and they said for documentation. I knew this was a lie, and baited them. I said your not running a 29 on me the witness are you? Dispatch said they get this information from all callers. Sherriff confirmed it is a policy for Green County to run all calls 29's
