In common man's perspective, Sibal wants the Governor to be mute spectator, people should bear with the Government of the day, inspite of their losing majority and rule the State. Better leave to the conscience of the MLAs and to the ratification of their acts by the people. Why you want ante defection law , which itself is wrong. Don't you have faith in your MLAs.

The weak and vulnerable opposition party representatives are very easy targets and are easily swayed with money and power. Only when defection is banned the country will prosper.
